Getting there:

For organizational reasons, arrival is only possible from 1:00 p.m. onwards.

If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us.

Departure:

Check-out is between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The site must be vacated by 1:00 p.m. If you wish to depart later, please contact us.

Reservation:

Reservations can be made via our contact form or by telephone.

Please refrain from sending inquiries to our email address.

To make a reservation, we need the names of all travelers, their dates of birth, and their addresses.

Please refrain from group inquiries.

Cancellation:

A deposit is not necessary with us.

If you are unable to take your vacation with us, we ask that you cancel in good time. You can cancel a pitch free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

The shepherd's wagon can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, 50% of the cost will be charged.

In the event of no-show without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the costs (parking space and shepherd's wagon).

Cancellations can be made by email or telephone without giving a reason.

Allocation of parking spaces:

In principle, you are free to choose your parking space upon arrival. Exceptions apply in the case of health restrictions or oversized vehicles (motorhomes longer than 9 meters, caravans longer than 9 meters, vehicles weighing more than 4.0 tons). In such cases, we will assign you a parking space.

Tents can be pitched on our tent field.

One parking space per vehicle/trailer/tent.

Campground rules:

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.

Waste/garbage must be separated. (see garbage station)

Our waste disposal station is for the disposal of household waste in normal household quantities.

Bulky waste, electronic waste, and similar items may not be disposed of at our facility.

We kindly ask you to refrain from consuming cannabis in any form. (entire premises – especially sanitary facilities, restaurant, and reception)

We ask for peaceful coexistence.
