We have been running our campsite in Alpirsbach as a family since 2017 and it is an incredible experience to do this together.
In 2019 we gave our restaurant the name NIMACO which stands for Nick, Marc and Caro.
At the end of 2022, we decided to introduce a completely new concept for our guests in the field of gastronomy.
Thus the House of Steak NIMACO was born thanks to the new concept, we are able to compensate for the lack of staff, so that we can always deliver good quality despite everything.
